Shawn Hewitt is an Occupational Therapist with clinical and management experience in the Rehabilitation industry with focus in inpatient and outpatient SCI and TBI model centers, neuro and Gen Rehab. Shawn’s career started at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center. He is a graduate of Gannon University.
Virginia Littlepage has been a Clinical Consultant at Mediware for the past seven years. Before Mediware, she spent more than 16 years working in inpatient rehabilitation facilities, skilled nursing units, long term acute care facilities and outpatient hospital settings, in clinical, supervisory and management roles. She received her Master of Science in Communication Disorders from the University of Oklahoma.
TJ Recinella is the Lead Cinical Consultant at Mediware. Prior to working at Mediware, TJ worked at Vanderbilt Medical Center, and Georgia Southern University prior to his time in Nashville. He is a former certified Athletic Trainer, having worked with collegiate and high school athletes. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in Athletic Training/Sports Medicine from Capital University in Columbus, Ohio, and a Master of Arts in Kenesiology from San Jose State University in San Jose, CA
James Farrell is a certified Registered Rehab Nurse. Prior to joining Mediware, James was the Chief Nursing Officer at Healthsouth Lakeview Rehabilitation Hospital. He has more than 24 years practicing as a rehabilitation nurse and has co-authored articles in the Rehab Nurse Journal. James received his Master of Business Administration from the University of Louisville and his Bachelor of Arts from Western Kentucky University.
Tina Ballard has more than 20 years of expertise working in the rehabilitation therapy field. Prior to joining Mediware, Tina worked at OhioHealth for 17 years; 15 of those in outpatient management. She earned her Physical Therapy degree and her Bachelor of Sports Science from Ohio University.
