Harmony Information Systems Appoints Michael Borton as Chief Financial Officer

Software industry veteran CFO to drive harmony’s continued growth

RESTON, VA– May 12, 2009 – Harmony Information Systems, Inc. (Harmony), the leader in integrated health and human services management, announced today that Michael Borton has joined the company as chief financial officer.  In this role, Mr. Borton will team with Joe Sander, Harmony’s president and chief executive officer, and other executives in driving the company’s future success.

Borton comes to Harmony from Consul Risk Management B.V., where his responsibilities as chief financial officer culminated in the sale of the business to IBM Corporation.   Borton’s background includes senior management positions with iSKY, Invensys Production Management Group, and Landmark Graphics. Prior to working in technology, Mike held senior financial roles at Schlumberger.
