The Comprehensive Assessment and Case Management System will leverage Mediware’s existing, widely-used LTSS platform to enable a statewide “data-follows-the-person” model, The system includes Ohio’s No Wrong Door, comprised of both the Level 1 screen and intake, through in-home Level 2 assessments to determine clinical eligibility, care planning, service authorizations and delivery, billing and interfaces to managed care organizations.
