Harmony Information Systems Announces Next Generation Nursing Home Complaint Management System

Harmony for Aging OmbudsManager Enhances Usability, Optimizes User Productivity and Improves Overall Performance

Reston, VA – October 19, 2010 – Harmony Information Systems Inc., the leader in integrated health and human services management, announced today Harmony for Aging OmbudsManager (OmbudsManager), a new web-based version of the market-leading OmbudsManager solution built for nursing home complaint management and federal National Ombudsman Reporting System (NORS) compliance.  This new version is built upon Harmony’s new state-of-the-art technology platform to enhance usability and optimize the user experience.

  • Robust Microsoft SQL database to improve performance and overall capacity
  • Improved compliance with NORS reporting requirements
  • Customer-requested enhancements to application and reports
