Harmony Information Systems Announces Availability of Enhanced Adult Protective Services Solution

Latest Edition Improves Usability and Enables Seamless Integration between Harmony for APS and Harmony for Aging

RESTON,  VA – August 17, 2010 – Harmony Information Systems Inc., the leader in integrated health and human services management, announced today that a new version of Harmony for Adult Protective Services (APS) is now generally available.  This latest release of Harmony for APS improves overall usability and enables the alignment of adult protective services and aging services organizations through seamless, secure integration of Harmony for APS and Harmony for Aging.

Harmony for APS is a comprehensive on-demand case management system for state and county adult protective services organizations that meets their full range of requirements. With Harmony for APS, organizations can reduce the risk of a catastrophe involving case participants through tools and reports that detect problems and prompt corrective action.

New features delivered in the latest release of Harmony for APS include:

  • Seamless and secure integration with Harmony for Aging to automate service referrals and eliminate the need for redundant data entry
  • Caseload Transfer Utility which enables bulk and individual caseload transfer
  • People Utility module to allow users to merge and edit individual records
  • Improved search functionality
