Enhanced ADRC Solution Features New Web Resource Center Enabling States and Local Agencies to Provide “One-Stop-Shop” Access to Information on Long-Term Services and Supports

RESTON, VA—January 26, 2012 – Harmony Information Systems, Inc. Part of the Harmony for Aging and Adult Services™ product suite, the enhanced ADRC solution features a new Web Resource Center module which will enable states and local agencies to easily implement a consumer-facing website offering seniors, disabled adults, and their family members access to information about available public and private long-term supports and services programs.

  • Software-as-a-Service delivery model that allows for rapid deployment of an easy to use, ADA-compliant website to help caregiver and their loved ones quickly and easily find information they need anywhere and anytime.

ADRCs are a collaborative effort of the United States Administration on Aging (AoA) and the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) to facilitate the dissemination of information on available long-term care resources. ADRCs target services to the elderly and individuals with physical disabilities, serious mental illness, and/or developmental/intellectual disabilities. The ultimate goal of the ADRC is to serve as a ‘one-stop-shop’ for individuals with long-term care needs regardless of their age or disability.
