We are pleased to announce that the Connecticut Long-Term Care Ombudsman Program has selected Harmony OmbudsManager to improve the quality of life for long-term care recipients.

The mission of Connecticut’s Long-Term Care Ombudsman Program is to protect and promote the rights and quality of life for Medicaid and non-Medicaid funded residents of skilled nursing facilities, residential care homes and managed residential care communities (also known as assisted living facilities).  Ombudsmen are dedicated to enhancing the lives of long term care residents by advocating for residents rights and quality care, educating consumers and providers, resolving residents’ complaints in a timely manner and providing information to the public.

We are thrilled to be working with Ombudsman Programs throughout the country to ensure that all consumers of long-term care, services and supports are treated with respect and dignity and have a wide range of affordable, quality options across all settings.
