Paul O’Toole – Vice President and General Manager, Home Care Solutions
Paul has over 20 years of healthcare software management experience. He began his career at IBM in their professional services organization, he entered into healthcare at VHA serving 1,500 healthcare systems with business intelligence systems, and most recently operating software companies that focused on EMR systems and clinical information systems. The healthcare market appeals to Paul, as it is dynamic and personal and brings positive change to individual lives and communities. He takes pride in providing the highest quality systems and services to our clients and partners by working diligently with the Home Care solutions team, our customers and prospects in the demanding market.
Jeanne Lugli – General Manager, Mediware Reimbursement Services
Jeanne’s experience spans over three decades in the home infusion industry. Prior to building Mediware Reimbursement Services (formally Advantage Reimbursement) from the ground up, she served as a consultant for Mediware in the home infusion and DME industry. She also held key managerial positions at infusion/DME companies including: National Medical Care, Caremark, and Home Intensive Care. Jeanne is rated among one of the top professional experts in our industry. She is an active member of the National Home Infusion Association’s Payer Advocacy & Relations Committee and has been a speaker at the NHIA’s annual conference and a contributor to Infusion magazine. Jeanne has a B.S. degree in Business Management.
Kimberly Commito – Director, Product Management, Home Care Solutions
Kim has over 18 years of home care experience. She is responsible for researching industry regulations and trends, monitoring customer requirements, driving the continued development of the various solution offerings of the Home Care Solutions Group and ensuring that the Mediware HME, Home Infusion, Specialty Pharmacy and Home Health software solutions are enhanced to support customers in a way that meets or exceeds their needs. Prior to joining Mediware, Kimberly was the Director of Home Infusion for Fastrack Healthcare Systems. In addition, having owned her own consulting company which focused on homecare systems and best use practice evaluation, selection and implementation.
Darren Young – Product Manager, Home Care Solutions
Darren has over 20 years of healthcare experience. He began his healthcare career as a Pharmaceutical Specialist (91Q – Y7) in the United States Army. After being honorably discharged, he spent several years managing the Infusion Department for a pharmacy specializing in long-term care facilities and home health before joining CPR+ 17 years ago. He has spent time working and managing many different departments within the organization including Support, Training, Sales and Product Development. Darren is currently responsible for defining, planning and managing the product strategy for CPR+ and CareTend.
Becky Bowden – Product Manager, Home Care Solutions
Becky has over 29 years of healthcare software development experience. As Product Manager, Becky is responsible for the product planning for several solution offerings of the Home Care Solutions Group. This includes the gathering and prioritizing of product and customer requirements, designing the product enhancements and working closely with development, support, quality assurance and sales to ensure customer satisfaction and goals are met. Prior to her Product Management role, Becky held multiple positions ranging from Senior System Analyst, Software Development Manager and Application Design Specialist.
Marcus Banks – Director of Sales and Business Development
Marcus has over 15 years of software sales management experience in various vertical markets including healthcare. Prior to joining Mediware, he held senior level sales management roles with Fortune 100 Companies such as Lexmark and Pitney-Bowes. Marcus takes pride in offering solutions that allow our customers to concentrate on what they do best, serve their patients. He is constantly working to improve our products by gaining input from customers in the field and incorporating this into the products we develop to offer the best available solutions.
John Mathis – Director of Customer Care
John has over 15 years of experience working in the Healthcare / Home Infusion Industry. John was also involved in the startup of five other infusion companies, all of which used CPR+. He is responsible for leading the Customer Care Department and assuring customers get competent answers for their questions in a timely manner.
Cindy Stegman – Senior Home Care Consultant
Cindy has over 15 years of Healthcare industry experience including a Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Management. She began her career working for five years at a large PBM working in various positions resigning as a Client Service Specialist. The next 10 years were spent with a large Specialty pharmacy which grew to over 300 employees from 10. Cindy held multiple positions ranging from Reimbursement Specialist, Sr. Business Analyst and Operations Manager. Cindy’s current responsibilities involve overseeing the Training and Implementation team as well as Documentation requirements for our customer base.
Gail Zainfeld – Senior Home Care Consultant
Gail started her career with Fastrack in 1996 working in the support department eventually becoming the manager of Help Desk before moving to the position of Director of Training & Implementations. Prior to joining the company she was one of the founding members of a Fastrack client, Homecare Concepts in Farmingdale, New York. During her 8 years of employment she held various positions throughout the company including Office Manager. Gail earned her Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Management from Long Island University-CW Post. The many years of knowledge and experience in the HME industry that Gail brings to Mediware enables her to understand and serve our clients more effectively. She takes pride in providing excellent customer support to her clients who are faced with the day to day challenges of an ever changing industry.
Michael Kraft – Director of Client Services
A graduate from the University of Massachusetts at Lowell with a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Mike has over 20 years of experience in Healthcare technology and software products. Upon entering the Homecare industry in 1995, Mike has implemented enterprise software systems, and as Director of Information Technology, built compliant healthcare systems and infrastructure for large Homecare organizations. As Director of Client Services, Mike is currently responsible for driving excellence in customer care and implementation services for Mediware’s Home Care Solutions business.
