The Mediware Internship Program is designed to provide challenging work experiences that will utilize the talents and skills of students seeking to enhance their career growth. Our summer program is a 10-week paid internship located at the Mediware corporate headquarters in Lenexa, Kansas.

The program includes mentoring relationships, relevant work assignments, coaching, real-world training, performance feedback sessions, and informative learning sessions. Interns will experience a blend of business, technical, and professional developmental training opportunities within our corporate culture.

Orientation and Training
Following an informal meet-and-greet session on day one, interns will begin working with key members of our teams and will receive solid training to support professional development.

Hands-On Opportunities
Interns will be able to interact with a variety of our products and services and will experience them through firsthand learning.

Interns are paired with mentors, who provide support throughout the program. The mentor will be there to ensure your experiences meet your goals.

From luncheons and free ice cream and soda to social and sporting events, interns will gather with peers to develop personally and professionally.

Mediware is accepting intern applications now for a wide variety of positions. Students who meet the following requirements are welcome to apply for opportunities that suit their qualifications and career goals.

Students must:

  • Be enrolled in a full-time degree program with an accredited college or university
  • Be entering the junior or senior year of their degree program in the fall
  • Have a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0
